1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CryptoFuse's lead generation and digital advertising services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

CryptoFuse provides AI-powered lead generation and digital advertising services designed to help businesses identify, target, and convert qualified prospects into leads. Our services include:

  • Search engine marketing and lead generation
  • Social media advertising and lead capture
  • Premium display advertising and programmatic campaigns
  • AI-powered lead scoring and qualification
  • Real-time analytics and campaign optimization
  • Multi-channel attribution and performance tracking

3. Performance-Based Pricing

CryptoFuse operates on a performance-based pricing model where clients pay only for qualified leads that meet predetermined criteria:

  • Search Engine Leads: $40 per qualified lead
  • Social Media Leads: $50 per qualified lead
  • Premium Display Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Lead qualification criteria will be established during the initial consultation and documented in a separate Service Agreement. No charges will be applied for leads that do not meet the agreed-upon qualification standards.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their business, target audience, and lead qualification criteria
  • Respond to qualified leads in a timely manner (within 24 hours recommended)
  • Maintain professional communication standards with all leads provided
  • Provide feedback on lead quality to help optimize campaign performance
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their industry

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

CryptoFuse guarantees that all charged leads will meet the qualification criteria established in your Service Agreement. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a credit or refund for that lead upon verification.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for qualified leads is due within 30 days of invoice date. Invoices will be sent monthly and include detailed reporting on all qualified leads delivered. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

CryptoFuse is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected during our lead generation activities. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy laws.

  • All lead data is collected through legitimate, opt-in methods
  • Personal information is processed only for the purpose of lead generation and qualification
  • Data is stored securely and access is limited to authorized personnel
  • Clients receive full ownership of leads and associated data upon payment

8. Intellectual Property

CryptoFuse retains all rights to its proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any aspect of our technology platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

CryptoFuse's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

CryptoFuse reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
